Fool's Gold

A brand of saw-cut wooden puzzles founded in 1997 by David Beffa-Negrini and still in production. They are made from mahogany-coated ¼ solid wood and the cut is so fine they can be picked up or turned over with the pieces still intact. All contain a two-piece 'Joker' whimsy.

Puzzles are contained in draw-string gold-lamé bags and packed in black cubic boxes.

The two puzzles illustrated have addition shaped pieces, some of which project from the edges.
