World Forgotten, The

A charming and rather beautifully lit study by the popular American artist William Verplanck Birney (1858-1909), in which I cannot help but feel there may be a touch of romanticism.
The subtle colours made for a surprisingly challenging task of assembly. It comes housed in the standard bookshelf style box with ribbon ties and smaller scale guide picture.
