Flowers of the East

Very large example of an "Expert" branded plywood jigsaw puzzle featuring a colourful "Pears" print of a painting by the British artist William Stephen Coleman (1829-1904), originally issued in their 1895 Christmas album.

The puzzle, which is superbly cut, is estimated to be of late 1920s-early 1930s manufacture.
