Season of Goodwill

Semi-interlocking plywood jigsaw puzzle, cut by British manufacturer Enid Stocken for the British Jigsaw Puzzle Library. The puzzle was introduced as library stock in 1969, which is presumed to be its approximate date of manufacture.
Colour line-cut throughout and full of intricate figural shapes, or whimsies, the artwork features St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York and the Atlas Statue looking across 5th Avenue, itself busy with yellow cabs and the pavement filled with Christmas shoppers. Unfortunately I have not been able to identify the artist. Please let me know if you can. Thank you.
