Nautical Argument, A

A possible library puzzle apparently cut in the 1920's for the Thornville Puzzle Club with an address of Thornville, Ryeworth, Cheltenham, UK.

The subject is "A Nautical Argument" showing three sailors round a table in an inn. It has been skilfully line-cut and has a fair number of whimsies (shaped pieces) some of which are very large.

The box is original with a small label inside the lid giving the Cheltenham address but was not made specifically for the puzzle.
