Christmas Time

Historically important jigsaw puzzle from the earliest days of the library, carrying a comments book and rules for the club dating from its origins in 1933. The cut is semi-interlocking in style with accurate colour line-cutting throughout and some very challenging areas indeed. The puzzle was in library service from 1933-1962.
The painting is by the prolific British artist William Dendy Sadler (1854-1923)
