Mayfair, The

This uncommon brand of interlocking plywood jigsaw puzzles are believed to have been manufactured by Victory for the art publishers C.W. Faulkner & Co, London. The cutting style of the first examples which I have seen are the same as those of Victory in the c1920's-1930's period.
The box lid labels carry the small initials of C.W.F.
