Daughter of the Regiment-France 1793, The

Probably of c1920's origins, this 300 piece Pastime plywood jigsaw puzzle features colour line-cutting throughout. It is cut in a combination of semi-interlocking and push-fit styles and is devoid of any figure shapes.
The artist has now been identified as Consuelo Fould (French-1862-1927) and the image, entitled Louison La Bouquetière featured on the front cover of the 17th May 1905 edition of the Tatler magazine.
