Entre Voisines

Colourful non-interlocking plywood jigsaw puzzle, carefully cut along many of the colour lines and featuring a good selection of special shaped whimsies, or figural pieces.
The painting is signed Séeberger. Box style and the use of plywood point towards a puzzle of c1915-1920 construction, whilst the logo on box lid and title label both indicate manufacture to have been in Paris.
The label quotes this as being a 250 piece puzzle, but in reality it contains 280.
