Magna Carta, The

An exceptional c1935 plywood jigsaw puzzle, cut by J. Salmon Ltd, from their Super-Cut series and in which the colour line-cutting technique has been used to excellent effect. The scene is an artistic depiction of the historical signing of the Magna Carta in 1215, painted by the British artist Henry Justice Ford (1860-1941).
