80-piece, solid wooden and non-interlocking jigsaw puzzle of c1910 manufacture and probably manufactured by William Peacock & Sons for this major London store.
The box label quotes this as being No. 1, but that identity appears to relate to the type and size of the puzzle, as opposed to being in reference to the title, as it is used in other puzzles of this size but which feature different images.
The very high quality print features a charming, but unsigned artistic study.
