Crazy-Cut

Probably produced for a relatively short period, around the 1930's, these were an interesting development, still using quality prints and offering a wide range of subjects.
They were cut in a more uniform manner and without whimsies, perhaps reflecting a need to reduce production costs, whilst still maintaining a good standard.
Several promotional puzzles were also produced using a similar cutting style. Some were in blue boxes with Tuck's name on them, such as one for Bevis Fabrics , whilst others, though not credited on the box, certainly look to be theirs. One example of the latter is White Rose suits.
