Fishing Smacks Making for Harbour

This puzzle, like The Devon and Somerset, is cut with a wavy-edge and some colour line-cutting. It seems almost certain that both came from the same unidentified cutter.
Here the image used clearly came from a magazine, with the cutter using the centre fold as one of his cutting lines. Some colour line-cutting has also been included.
