Like Shattered Hopes and The First Horseshoe, this beautiful plywood puzzle was almost certainly produced in the U.S.A., probably by an accomplished amateur cutter, drawing on the styles and techniques of the likes of Parker Brothers-Pastime.
Cleverly outline-cut around the outer frame and featuring a large number of Whimsies, or Figurals, this charming painting, by an unidentified artist, has been used to great effect.
