Girl Feeding Fowl

Probably cut by an amateur cutter, this charming 150 piece interlocking plywood jigsaw puzzle features a painting believed to be by the artist E.M. Hester, although the print itself is not signed. The puzzle is thought to be of c1920's-1930's origin and the cutter has left the girl's head as a single large piece to avoid spoiling her features.
The Rowntrees YORK chocolates box is another indicator of the puzzle's probably amateur-cut origins.
