Jam for Dinner

The origins of this charming piece of artwork are uncertain, as is the identity of the cutter. The puzzle came with a collection of other c1920's-1930's puzzles, so is thought to also be from that sort of time period.
The backing used for the puzzle is solid mahogany and the box used to house it is a Maynards Brighton Chocolate Bonbons carton.
