Punch & Judy Show, The

The origins of this very well cut plywood jigsaw puzzle are unknown, certainly it does not belong with the Delta Fine Cut box which it is housed in, although it seems likely that it was produced during that era, c1930's. The puzzle has been cut very accurately along all of the colour borders, some pieces being very small in nature.
The painting is by the French artist Victor Gilbert and also features on the Salmon Academy puzzle The Puppet Show.
