Ville de Foix et son Château, La

Very fine quality plywood puzzle featuring extensive colour line-cutting of the predominantly push-fit, or non-interlocking pieces. As is so often the case with this top French manufacturer, areas within the puzzle feature cutting styles created to match the surroundings, including brick-shaped pieces within the buildings and cloud shapes in the sky.
The colourful unsigned painting of the town and its castle lends itself superbly to use as a jigsaw puzzle which is thought to date from the 1950's.
