Queen Mary (600 piece)

This 600 piece plywood jigsaw puzzle uses the William McDowell painting normally associated with the Chad Valley Cunard series, but again appears here in a Victory box with the painting more usually associated with Victory puzzles.
The price label shows 22/6, which is three times the price of the 500 piece puzzle also shown, so probably dates from considerable later c1950's. The label on the upper right of the box-lid shows the puzzle to have come from The Victory Toy Shop Co., showing two Bournemouth addresses.
