Ships Jig-Saw Tray Puzzle

This 75 piece interlocking wooden jigsaw puzzle features 12 different ships, each individually cut out in a much thicker wood than their surroundings, making them stand proud, much akin to the Constructional series, although this puzzle is not so-classified. The image of the puzzle taken from the reverse emphasizes these different thicknesses most effectively.
The BR twin-arrows logo is understood to date from January 1965, and as the box carries no mention of Spears, who took over in 1970, this puzzle is calculated to originate from between these two dates.
The wavy-edged puzzle itself, fits neatly inside a hardboard frame set into the box.
