511B. Mammals

A beautifully arranged series of studies by the wildlife artist David Binns, which features many of Britain's best known mammal's including Red Squirrels, Otters, Fallow Dear and Wild Cats.

This example is in a brown 10" square brown box with a description of each mammal on the base in four languages but the same puzzle was alternatively available in a black box.

Also sold at the same time in both brown and black boxes under reference 506.

David Binn's design appeared first in 1968 on puzzle no 555. titled 'British Mammals', packed in a 13" flat box and illustrated elsewhere.
