Lunch Time

c1990s, 250-piece plywood jigsaw puzzle from the British Birds series, this example featuring a photograph by Tony Hamblin. The puzzle includes 12 avian-themed whimsies. I also noted that there were some rather strange shaped pieces which look as if they were going to be figural shaped pieces but didn't materialise. Perhaps this was an early teething error!
