älgar i skogen

1947 dated interlocking plywood jigsaw puzzle from the Swedish Wirsings Puzzle manufacturer, which features a a colourful, but unsigned painting and is entitled älgar i skogen, translating as Elks in the Forest.
This puzzle included a duplicate piece which did not quite fit and means that the puzzle was stack-cut with other prepared boards, and the extra piece has found its way into the wrong box. Needless to say, this also means that another example of this puzzle is missing the same piece!
