Figure Zig-Zag Puzzle, The

Very uncommon range of outline cut wooden puzzles, much akin to the Figure=it=Out puzzles of close neighbour Holtzapffel & Co., London. These puzzles are thought to have been introduced in the early days of the Zig-Zag Puzzle Company, probably in the era 1910-1915. Examples are very scarce with the earliest promoted as being the New Figure Zig-Zag Puzzle, whilst later examples, such as The Blue Bird, were denoted as The Zig-Zag Figure Puzzle.
