Changing Guard at St. James' Palace

This stunning example from the very scarce Harrods Patience Puzzle collection of Zag-Zaw puzzles, is cut in the push-fit, or non-interlocking style, probably dating from the mid-late 1920's.
The painting is credited on the box-label solely to the renowned British artist Harry Payne (1858-1927), although the actual work itself also feature the name of his brother Arthur Payne, who collaborated on several of these exceptional military pieces.
Many thanks to Stefan Kelemer for allowing this superb puzzle to be displayed here.
