Apollo Vera Puzzle

It was proving very difficult to find specific characteristics to identify each of the Vera ranges, until recently when information was found in a Company catalogue.
This has identified the Apollo range as being push-fit and featuring paintings from Renaissance to Impressionism free of copyright.
Understood to have been introduced in 1957, the earlier examples were supplied in a spider-web patterned black box. These were superceded by a canework pattern in around 1970.
